Trat is the gateway to the Koh Chang Archipelago which offers good wreck diving as well as rock pinnacles, beautiful reefs and abundant marine life. Diving around Koh Chang features reasonably shallow depths with pristine reefs extending from 5 to 25 metres deep. The impressive reefs are filled with soft and hard corals which support a range of marine life, from blue-tipped rays, moray eels, triggerfish and groupers. There are two excellent wreck dives, including the HTMS Chang, which is the largest wreck in Thailand. With lower deck swim-throughs, the wreck is an incredible dive among a wide array of marine life.
