Lombok is an island in the province of West Nusa Tenggara in Indonesia. Though it is often overlooked ahead of its more famous neighbours, the Gilis and Bali, the diving here is excellent and less touristy than some areas. Diving centres are found around the coastline but are most densely concentrated around the northern resort town of Senggigi and the southern town of Kuta.
