Policy on cancellation and payments

The Operator applies a policy to manage booking modifications and cancellations by Guests. The terms vary depending on the place and the amount of time left before check-in. The policy is as follows:

have made a booking request which has not yet been considered by the operator. Now you want to cancel.

have learned that the operator is holding a reservation for you but you have not yet paid the deposit. Now you want to cancel.

have confirmed your booking by paying the deposit. Now you want to cancel the booking.

You can cancel. But the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation.

Cancel via your Scubago account

have not turned up for the booked experience (“no show”) and now you would like a refund for your deposit

Your deposit will not be refunded.

have learned that the operator is holding a reservation for you but you have not yet paid the deposit and want to change the booking.

have confirmed your booking by paying the deposit. Now you want to change the booking.

Your deposit will not be refunded.
